Signs you are in ketosis!



When you are in ketosis, your body id primarily using ketones as its main source of energy instead of carbohydrates. Here are some signs that you might be in ketosis:

  • Keto breath: as mentioned earlier, the production of ketones can lead to a distinct fruity or acetone-like odor in your breath.

  • Keto flu symptoms: in the initial stage of transitioning into ketosis, some people may experience keto flu symptoms like headaches, fatigue, dizziness, and nausea.
