Autumn is the best season to cook mushrooms, so why not to try this delicious stuffed portobello mushrooms.
You will need: portobello mushrooms, eggs, semi-hard cheese, salt, black pepper, cilantro.
Recipe:
Take 2 portobello mushrooms and place on a baking dish, covered with parchment paper. Crack an egg into each mushroom. Sprinkle mushrooms with grated cheese, pepper and pinch of salt (optional). Cook stuffed mushrooms in the oven at 170º C for 10 minutes or until they are soft and egg is cooked through. Serve with fresh herbs, for example, cilantro or green onions.
